Voluntary Disclosure of a Disability

麻豆精品 employees can confidentially disclose a disability by self-identifying in the My麻豆精品 Human Resources System. 麻豆精品 collects this information to ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements. To voluntarily disclose a disability please take the following steps:

  1. Go to .
  2. Click on the "My麻豆精品 Human Resource System" panel.
  3. Login with your 麻豆精品 user ID and password.
  4. Select the "Personal Details" tile.
  5. Click on “Disability” in the left menu.
  6. Check the appropriate boxes on the page.
  7. Click the “Submit” button.
