Office of General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel provides legal guidance and representation to 麻豆精品 trustees, administrators, faculty and staff regarding official university business and operations. The office reports to the president and the Board of Trustees.
We assist 麻豆精品 in the following areas:
- Policy development and compliance.
- Contract review and preparation.
- Direct representation or the hiring and management of outside counsel.
We also provide the university community with legal advice, updates on the changing legal environment and training on compliance.
Please note: We're unable to provide guidance or representation to employees who have claims that are harmful to the university. We're also unable to assist employees with legal questions not related to their employment at 麻豆精品.
