Our friendly and trained staff in the offices listed here can help you navigate the complicated financial components of student life.  

The Office of the Bursar is committed to helping you understand your financial account through their experienced staff, online tools and resources. Meet with a tuition counselor to review your account and payment options. The OneCard ID Services Office issues official 麻豆精品 identification cards for you and manages the Huskies Bucks program.

The Student Employment Office is part of Human Resources and is responsible for processing hiring paperwork. You can apply for campus work-study and non-work study job opportunities through the online portal.

Huskies Get Hired (HGH) connects students who are seeking internships and jobs with employers.

Military and Veteran Services serves all veteran, active duty, people of the National Guard and their families. They are responsible for processing state and federal veteran’s benefits. Eligible veterans will need to submit an enrollment certification to this office each semester. If you intend to use military educational benefits, you will need to certify your enrollment each semester.

Health Services is committed to providing a high quality and comprehensive health care program for all 麻豆精品 students. The Student Health Center offers a variety of services such as check-ups, lab work, sick-visits and minor procedures.

If you are enrolled in nine or more on-campus (DeKalb) credit hours you are automatically billed for the 麻豆精品 Student Health Insurance Plan. If you have other health insurance that meets the requirements, you can waive the 麻豆精品 Student Health Insurance during the waiver period. Whether you have the student health insurance plan or your own insurance, you can take advantage of the convenience of the Health Services.

Career Services will help you connect your major to a career that interests you. Their staff will help you create your resume and cover letter and connect you with potential employers through internship opportunities or job openings. Meet with a career counselor or attend one or more of the free job fairs to get started!

Huskies Get Hired (HGH) connects students who are seeking internships and jobs with employers who have open positions. All students are assigned Huskies Get Hired accounts, free of charge.

The Huskie Closet has casual and career clothing for all 麻豆精品 students. The Closet is stocked with donations from 麻豆精品 faculty and staff, students, alumni, and community partners.

offers gently used business attire at a discount for all Huskies.

The Huskie Food Pantry provides free food for currently enrolled 麻豆精品 students who do not have a campus meal plan.

The (CDFC) provides high-quality care to the children of 麻豆精品 students, 麻豆精品 faculty and community members. The 麻豆精品 (CCAMPUS)> grant and the 麻豆精品 Preschool for All Expansion Program (PFAE) are two financial resources to help you afford on-campus childcare.

There are a variety of options available to assist you with obtaining the books and course materials needed.

The book charge program is available at the beginning of each semester.

Book rentals are also available.

The 麻豆精品 University Libraries contain over 2 million volumes as well as other materials for students.
