This 12-credit interdisciplinary certificate is intended to provide a broad background in the area of adolescence. It is open to all undergraduates who are in good academic standing at 麻豆精品.
The certificate provides:
- A way to document course work related to adolescence and adolescent development
- An effective way to communicate with potential employers and graduate schools

Requirements
The first step is to take one of the following core courses:
- EPS 307: Development of the Adolescent
- EPS 406: Issues in Human Development and Learning in the Middle School and High School Years
- PSYC 424: Adolescent Development
Successful completion of the certificate requires:
- 12 credit hours (four courses)
- A grade of "C" or better in all certificate courses
- All certificate courses completed within six calendar years
- Courses taken from at least two different departments
