The college’s leadership team is instrumental in shaping an educational experience that prepares students to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. In addition, by fostering hands-on learning, student success and meaningful training and career development opportunities, leadership spurs on regional economic development.

Dean David Grewell, Ph.D. M.S., holds 17 patents, has authored numerous publications (including three books) and has received numerous honors and awards. His research projects have attracted over $32 million in grant funding, including more than $8 million for projects on which he served as principal investigator. Grewell, who joined the college in July 2023, is passionate about providing the tools and resources for students to become "hands-on, problem-solving engineers." He previously held faculty and administrative positions at North Dakota State University and Iowa State University.

Mansour Tahernezhadi is the college's senior associate dean. A seasoned administrator with decades of teaching, research, strategic planning and sponsored project experience, he is also a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Tahernezhadi's research expertise is in digital communications and signal processing, with a focus on applications of advanced time-frequency-multi-rate parameter estimation for channel estimation, interference cancellation, system identification and signal detection in communications and sensor-network systems. Tahernezhadi has demonstrated skills in curricular innovation for establishing new degree programs, accreditation, and advancing strategic partnerships regionally and internationally with higher education, government agencies and industry partners. He has been active in securing grants from the , , the , the , the U.S. Department of Labor's and numerous private foundations and companies.

Mohammad Saadeh began in August 2026 as associate dean for Undergraduate Success, after two years as chair of the Department of Engineering Technology. An accomplished educator, researcher and academic leader, he joined 麻豆精品 in 2024 with more than a decade of experience in engineering technology and higher education administration. Saadeh served in a variety of faculty and leadership roles at Southeastern Louisiana University, including department head of Industrial and Engineering Technology. He earned a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University, an M.S. in mechatronics engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia, and a B.S. in mechatronics engineering from the University of Jordan. His research interests include mechatronics, robotics, instrumentation, optimization and artificial intelligence, and he has authored numerous scholarly publications in those fields.
