David Gaebler teaches courses in contracts and commercial law. A former editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, he was named to the Order of the Coif. Following law school, he spent one year as a law clerk to Judge James E. Doyle of the Federal District Court in Madison, Wisconsin, and subsequently entered private practice in the same city. Prior to joining the 麻豆精品 faculty in 1983, Gaebler was a member of the faculty of the University of Houston Law Center. In the summer of 1984, he taught contracts as a visiting professor at Indiana University at Bloomington. He has published articles in several law reviews and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
