Transact (OneCard) System Maintenance
|
A Transact OneCard System maintenance upgrade is scheduled for Aug 10, 2026 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. While the system is under maintenance, students and employees will experience a disruption to OneCard uses for certain amenities on campus, including printing, dining facilities, OneCard services and usage of Huskie Bucks.
Below are services that will be disrupted:.

- Online Book Orders - Follette: Book Charge Credit sales down- able to pay with credit or debit card.
- Drink & Snack Vending Machines: Huskie Bucks sales down- able to pay with credit or debit card.
- Off-campus Huskie Bucks Vendor: Huskie Bucks sales down- able to pay with credit or debit card.
- Residential Dining (Neptune & Patterson): Huskie Bucks sales & board plan swipes down- able to pay with credit or debit card.
- OneCard Office: All downloading of Mobile ID or Printing of Physical ID down; Huskie Bucks deposits and sales down.

Mileage Reimbursement Rate Increase July 1, 2026
|
Effective July 1, 2026, the mileage reimbursement rate for employees using private passenger vehicles for university business increased from 72 1/2-cents per mile to 76 cents per mile. The Electronic Travel Voucher form in OnBase has been updated accordingly. Please use the electronic form for all 鶹Ʒ- and split-funded travel.

- Rate per mile for travel that occurred from Jan. 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026: 72 1/2 cents.
- Rate per mile for travel that occurson or after July 1, 2026: 76 cents.
|
The paper Travel Voucher Form located on the Accounts Payable webpage has been updated to reflect the new rate as well. Please use the updated form for foundation-funded travel occurring on or after July 1, 2026.
Please share this message with those in your department who engage in university business travel and those who process travel reimbursement requests.

Policy Library Update — New Policy
|
A new policy is open to review and comment for a 30-day period. This provides our 鶹Ʒ community with the opportunity to consider and respond to the policy before it takes effect. The policy is:

Purchase Your FY 2027 Parking Permit
|
Parking permits from last fiscal year expire Saturday, Aug. 15. If you have not already done so, be sure to log in to the parking portal to obtain your new virtual parking permit.
The provides convenient access to your parking account information. You can view your account, purchase a parking permit, make a ticket payment and update vehicle information.
A free parking option is also available. Those who register for this option will have a virtual green permit, which allows for remote parking in Lot K only, located on the west side of campus, just off Lincoln Highway.
For those needing temporary parking, there are short-term parking options available. Short-term parking permits can be purchased online and options include daily, weekly and monthly permits. Short-term parking is also available via the AMP Park mobile app.

Financial Month End Close
|
The month of July is closing for all financial reporting activity at noon Monday, Aug. 10, 2026. Journals not posted at that time will go into August business. Submit July journals before end of business Friday, Aug. 7. Final July reports are scheduled to be available Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026. In addition, August reports are scheduled to be available Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026. These and other important dates can be found on the Controller's Office website.

鶹Ʒ Athletics named finalist for NACDA Community Service Award
|
’s has been recognized for organizing impactful civic initiatives for 鶹Ʒ student athletes and was named a top three finalist for the 2026 NACDA Community Service Award presented by the Fiesta Bowl. Alongside Boise State and winner Rutgers University, 鶹Ʒ advanced through the top 10 and top five, before being invited to present to the selection committee.
