麻豆精品’s Division of Information Technology (DoIT) implements, maintains and supports 麻豆精品’s core human resource system, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management ("HCM").  PeopleSoft HCM is also known as the My麻豆精品 Employee Human Resource System.

PeopleSoft Human Capital (HCM) is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application that helps companies manage their human resources and employees.  This application performs the following functions:

• Human Resources:  Enables tracking and processing of employee job and benefit information
• Payroll:  Provides tools to calculate earnings, taxes, and deductions, maintain balances, and report payroll data.
• Self-Service:  Enables employees to view, update, and/or request changes to their personal data and payroll information.
