麻豆精品’s Division of Information Technology (DoIT) provides application support and hosting services for both vendor-purchased and in-house-developed applications. This support includes:
- Requirements gathering, definition, review, and assessment.
- Application analysis and design for in-house development.
- Architecture and security review for both vended and in-house developed applications.
- Application development and/or configuration.
- Production support for applications including application administration, upgrades, and patching.
- Migration support from old to new server infrastructures, including configuration assistance to vendors who may not have been granted access.
- Production support for interfaces and reports required for applications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents according to established service level targets.
In addition, DoIT provides hosting services, including:
- Database hosting.
- Website and web app hosting on a production web environment with the following features:
- Authenticated Web Services
- TLS services.
- Website statistics.
- Custom site searches with Google.
- Custom domain names.
Departmental website design and maintenance services are delivered by 麻豆精品’s Division of Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications and their Web Team.
